The case didn’t follow standard procedure, meaning the Supreme Court, in their supreme wisdom, didn’t have the basic facts of the case verified.

.@StrikeDebt, @rooseveltinst, @Braxtonbrew96 @EleniSchirmer, #ThomasGokey, and @louise_seamster had to make a Freedom of Information claim to get these facts that haven’t been presented to the court (who are supposed to be the adults in the room).
One would think a court that’s supposedly concerned about legitimacy would verify basic facts, but apparently we’re beyond that when it comes to harming working folks. newrepublic.com/article/172337…
