#KetchuPTime! not long ago I saw a thread by cocainecross , I wanted to ignore it, I should have, nonetheless, I'll debunk about new unsealed documents, and how they again misrepresented the evidence & testimony in Amber Heard & Johnny Depp's case⬇️🧵

Firstly, lets get disclaimers out of the way. I aint even going to Molly texts in that thread or the herps tweet because DUH the answer is right there, it was a possibility, both were reassured. Not addressing the Lily tweet, not because I cant, its just stupidly irrelevant 🧵

But I will address the following tweets raised, in this particular order. AH insurance, The meds during detox, Dr. Cowan, Dr. Amy Banks (this one was an hybrid of irrelevant but relevant), without a doubt Dr. Anderson, & Dr. Bonnie Jacobs! All sources at the end of thread!🧵

First up, the 6 million purported fees. They focus on this as they REALISE that AH not donating & playing semantics with pledge was vile & she magically came up with $6 mil. to conveniently explain away why for 13 months before being sued (March 2019) she didnt pay! 🧵

Lets break it down, she took out insurance NYM July 2018, was sued and Travellers around November 2018. She didnt realise that she could take out an insurance policy till September 2019. In docs, its listed that she has incurred over hundreds of thousands, not millions, why? 🧵

Its Mathematically impossible to incur $6m worth of legal fees where depositions have not been held as of yet. A good estimate would be 100k - 350k based on the wording. Why source Elaine's claims where she said AH paid $6m when docs show she has not alleged incurring expenses?🧵

Bottom line! CocaineCross & Elaine made it up. Had she alleged expenses, he would need to submit for the record in her insurance litigation, so that the court can look at avenues for her to be compensated. Next! 🧵

Apparently, AH was meant to be in Bahamas for detox, & it was all agreed on. Well, no proof! This one is pretty simple. 18th Aug 2014, it corroborates his testimony, they had a fight over the detox. You know whats not here, oh yeah, the abuse, AH claimed she suffer during this.

Now I am going on the offensive! To show how Amber tried to take control of the situation. The one person that was taking care of JD, she didn't want her around. In fact, you want to know why this could be? Because Debbie witnessed her instigating a fight! 🧵

Also, DL witnessed her drinking in front of JD. I am sorry, there is no way you are reading these docs cokehead cross and the rest of the misinformer crew and actually think any of this is normal. And she wasn't abusive in that relationship & ended up playing DARVO! 🧵

Honestly, why CocaineCross thought including Dr. Cowan was a good idea is BEYOND me. They had been saying he was drugging her but he was her best witness for coercive control, so why not show his deposition? Here are possible reasons why she opted not to🧵

8th March 2015, after all the brutal things she claimed happened. This was her reporting to Cowan the next day! Why would YOU say "you don't feel like you'll ever be able change" if your husband had bottled *ahem* you?!

There is so much more on Cowan I can go into but for time, this is the last one. Like Amy Banks & Laurel Anderson, who saw both couple in a session, Cowan also saw them! AH says: "I want you to believe me" JD says, "Earn my trust". What were they referring to? 🧵

CocaineCross or anyone else who support AH never mention this but JD had initiated breaking up numerous times, all reported by AH. This was one of them and the context to the meeting w/ Cowan on the 8th Nov. Why? Because of suspected cheating. HE wanted to go! What an abuser! 🧵

What proof is there of suspected cheating? Here is one, 3 DAYS after seeing Cowan! Cowan advised AH to work on herself & gave a rundown on JD, what does she do, put everything on him! The text is contemporaenous to Dr. Blaustein who, CocaineCross mentioned 🧵

Well, for Blaustein, if you want to make it about jealousy and illogical approach to AH work, fine! But please explain how you read the doc ignoring JD reporting being hit on 21/Oct/14, issues on 27th Oct/14 & break up strategies on 11/Nov/14 He was trying to leave. 🧵

Somehow, AH talks him round, idk how. On the 24th/Nov/14, he is now trying to get help as individuals. He tried this in August 2014 after the Island where he sent her home! His paranoia could be from AH or the woman when he was 22, he wanted out, thats the takeaway! 🧵

I will keep Anderson brief. AH reports being in the bathroom to get away from the fight! She doesn't say this on the stand regarding the incident anywhere. Only when this audio was played to her. This incident was the island as the "push" reference was to 15th/Dec/15 🧵

Cowan confirms this was the 15th Dec 15 incident + all evidence of what she told Erin and the obvious DARVO she did telling Laurel she was the one hiding. Note, she only tells Laurel JD's violence when she is alone, never in a mediation. 🧵

Please note, she never once explains to any nurse, therapist how she got the black eyes, but kicking and headbutting or just did a number, she reports. JD is the one leaving the relationship, again, and she begs him to stay! Not only that but AH told her she slapped him 🧵
