@LawCrimeNetwork When it crosses state lines it involves them. Even if the case doesn't fall under their guidelines for joining the case they will still assist local law enforcement #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork Behavior analysis Unit - a specialized unit in the FBI - also called profilers. The witness was the coordinator for Idaho for 13 years. He isn't a profiler but has training in behavior analysis in criminal investigations. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork With missing kids there's a unit within the FBI called CARD team "Child abduction rapid deployment" they can deploy quickly to assist with missing kids #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork They come in and assist law enforcement. With JJ and Tylee they worked with local law enforcement at the request of Rexburg PD. Nov 27, 2019 is when Agt Hart started on the case.

@LawCrimeNetwork They look for themes with crimes to try and figure out WHY a crime was committed. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork They follow the evidence where it goes and if it's centered around 1 thing that's what they focus on. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork His roles in this case was as the supervisor over the investigation he supervised other agents activities, made sure leads were sent to other divisions. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork While he was a supervisor over the case he also played a role in the investigation. He conducted interviews, present at the search warrant when the bodies were found. He did a complete analysis of Lori's iCloud accounts. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork With Lori's iCloud they had a large volume of direct communication, emails. photos, notes, contacts, that are relevant to this case. This info was shared all across agencies. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork The iCloud played an important role of the FBI's conclusion of what took place in this place. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork At the Daybell residence on the day they found the kids he was there.The FBI ERT team was on scene as well. The 1st step was walking property looking for evidence. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork During the walk he and another agent located JJ's grave. They saw aberrations in the earth. If a grave had been due the vegetation is different. - They had a probe (rod with point) and they stick that into the earth. Undisturbed earth is hard and the probe doesn't go far.

@LawCrimeNetwork The FBI specialized in long-term, complex investigations with voluminous data. In iCloud accounts you will find essentially whatever is on your smartphone. It's a storage of the phone activity #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork When something has been deleted it still is present on your iCloud. #lorivallow @LawCrimeNetwork

@LawCrimeNetwork They use software call Cellbrite which organizes the data. You can then go in and view the data in the iCloud. Messages can be fragmented and hard to recover sometimes #lorivallow

@LawCrimeNetwork They can use filters to search for things. The earliest record for "Lori4Style" went back to 2000 so he set a filter for October 26, 2018 when Lori and Chad met and go forward #lorivallow
