“In 1675 in Beverly, Massachusetts William Cleaves, age approx. 24, got married, purchased 10 acres, and quickly built a one room dwelling before winter set in. By 1677 he had completed construction of a typical 4-room colonial, two rooms down and two rooms up, with a central fire place. A few years later, his wife died and later he remarried. The witch trials in Salem, Massachusetts started and his father-in-law, Giles Corey, conveyed a good deal of his land in Salem to William, before Giles was executed. William's grandson, Nathaniel, fought in the Battle of Lexington and Concord. He was also at the Battle of Bunker Hill and recorded the most accurate moment by moment details of that battle in his diary, which is now housed at the Historical Society. This treasured home, only occupied by three different families over 350 years, is now offered for sale.”

OF all of the mega mansion weve ever seen this is probably one of the coolest most insane ones???? Probably the coolest thing is that the home has a primary suite with a retractable roof (never knew that was an option?) also 200 year old antique Moroccan doors for the wine cellar, and a lot more.

This mcm was once owned by Frank Sinatra and maybe JFK hung out there with Marilyn Monroe so basically We’ve never said this before either but here’s an actual near perfect mcm and maybe one of the most famous ones of all time bc it’s been on so many tv shows and movies and it’s also zoned for horses and farming sooo what are you waiting for why aren’t you buying it???
