I think we’re going to see many $25M/yr+ revenue, 1 person businesses over the next 5 years

If software can make you 100x more productive, how much more productive will AI make you?

The thread on how it goes down for solopreneurs:
- No employees, just AI agents
- No fancy website, just Webflow
- No paid ads, just community & organic
- No venture capital, just bootstrapped
- High cash-flow, low stress
- Can run your business from an iPhone and a beach, not Silicon Valley
- Multiple streams of income, often recurring revenue
- Tech-enabled, creator-supercharged
- Run as a product studio, constant experiments
- Productized services or products sold
- Digital assets or high margin services
- Low cost to start, high trust products
Today, the average Google search yields about 500 million results.

When AI replaces how Google Searches work, and the average search yields 10 answers, it changes everything

Organic search is up for grabs

This is called SEO 2.0 (follow @boringmarketer to stay up to date)
How to best prepare for this future:

1. Launch many products to build "maker muscles" (build product intuition)
2. Be a no-code/AI prompt wizard (your toolkit)
3. Build audiences, create communities (your first customers)

This gives you the ultimate leverage
Why this future is cool:

1. A side-project can evolve into life-changing
2. Opportunity is global, not just for the rich
3. Not everyone wants to start a company and go IPO but some enjoy a more solo experience

Trends, frameworks, lifehacks I can’t stop thinking about: Image
The "multipreneur" is the new entrepreneur

- Multiple bets per year
- Creator-led to add credibility
- Profitable products
- Organic growth is 95%+ (cc @boringmarketer)
- Beautifully designed products (cc @DispatchDesign)
- Freedom to live where you want, work when you want
Biggest lesson running an 8 figure product studio:

If your graveyard isn’t bigger than your house, then you’re doing it wrong

Kill projects generously

Many products fail because they are pretty bland

Poor design, too many features, too little features, too broad of a focus.

If everyone likes you, nobody loves you
This is the website of a $712B company. Berkshire Hathaway

It hasn't changed in decades.

To many it's ugly, to a few it's perfect

They wouldn't change a pixel Image
But Berkshire knows their community very well

Their annual meeting is happening tomorrow

Thousands flock to Omaha, the Mecca for Berkshire enthusiasts from across the globe

It's a masterclass in community building

Btw, ChatGPT/AutoGPT is old news

"Code Interpreter" is the new kid on the block

Read this if you want to stay ahead: Image
Code Interpreter is GPT-4's way of taking data, understanding your plain English instructions, and delivering powerful visualizations with ease

It streamlines data handling, enabling even those with not much technical skills to unlock complex insights in SECONDS

Some examples:
Market research made easy:

Say you're a marketer who needs to understand consumer preferences, and you've got a mountain of survey data to sift through

Just give Code Interpreter your instructions in plain English, and watch it work its magic

Sorry McKinsey.

I asked 60,000 people what they feared most about AI

Their responses were eye-opening

1. Identity Theft:

"With AI's ability to mimic voices and faces, I fear that millions of grandmas will get their money stolen."
2 - Alien Encounters:

"Could AI inadvertently alert extraterrestrial civilizations to our existence, triggering an alien encounter with unknown consequences?"
3. Invasion of Privacy:

"AI-driven surveillance could lead to a world where our every move is tracked and analyzed. That's not freedom. That's not the USA"

I've plugged AI, ChatGPT & AutoGPT into my businesses and the results are bonkers

I'm thinking of creating a free 5-day email course to reveal the 5 tools/methods if there is demand

Hollywood as we know it is over because of AI

Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Disney etc will never be the same

Here's how I think it all goes down…
Disclaimer - I don't want Hollywood to collapse

The world is more fun with great movies and stories...
but wanting something doesn't mean it's going to happen.

If it did, then we'd all have personal spaceships 🫠
OK let's pretend you're a movie lover who's had enough of the same old franchises…

How many more times do we have to see Iron Man's suit malfunction or witness the Fast & Furious gang turn cars into airplanes?
