𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 ୨୧
for those who don't know, I am a visual girlie and I manifested most of my desires with visualization.. so I decided to make a post about how I personally do it 🖤

(yes, my user is visualdior because i love visualising lol)

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐈 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐃 ୨୧
• a text from an ex sp
• getting out of bad circumstances
• hearing compliments from ppl
• any food cravings that I want.
• exact same scenes playing out down to every details
• getting so much money as a gift
• cancelling plans

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐈 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐃 pt.2 ୨୧
• cancelling classes (did this several times lmao)
• my dog's health recovery
• exact same clothes from pinterest
• hearing good news
• winning in essay contest
etc.

I manifested quite alot using visualization lol

𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈 𝐃𝐎 𝐈𝐓 ୨୧
I personally have three steps when I visualize. I will explain each steps in details but to summarize it:

1. I create a cute little end scene
2. I visualize / experience the scene
3. after feeling fulfilled, I decide its done and maintain that decision.

picking a scene is fun and you can select or create ANY scenario you think that's the best to visualize.

I personally love scenes that I know feels good and fulfilling to visualize. like if its about sp, I'd visualize sweet & romantic moments with him, etc.

after picking a scene, I close my eyes and let myself relax for a bit. then I start visualizing and just imagine experiencing it right now.

I like to incorporate senses when I visualize (esp hearing, seeing, and touch.)

and then the more I gently repeat the scene, I naturally feel it fulfilled. I personally change my state easily through visualizing, I experienced it so it becomes natural to me.

once I feel relieved and fulfilled, I end it by telling myself "its done."

I really think you can feel the magic of visualizing when you're done and you open your eyes, you really FEEL like you're in a completely new reality where you have your desire.

its just done and you're truly in the state of having it.

lets say you're done visualizing, what now?? you maintain the decision that it's done.

I usually sleep in my desired state after visualizing and when I wake up, I'm not gonna look if its here now or there's a movement, I just persist that its already done.

the best tip I can give is don't force or stress over anything, you just let everything come and flow naturally as you visualize.

the goal is not "trying" to make the scene happen, the main goal is to experience it in imagination.

do not try, but experience it.

another tip I can share is you don't have to visualize if you don't feel like it. its already done so you don't have to worry about anything.

you don't have to be consistent with visualizing, but you have to be consistent with the decision that you already have it.

my favorite thing with visualizing is when the scene you visualized played out in the 3D omg it's not really gonna sink in at first, you'll just get a sense of deja vu like you've already seen this before and then it will just hit you like "omg wait-"

the main reason why I do this technique is because it is fun. I don't do it to try and get my desire, it just helps with knowing its done.

visualizing, like any other technique, should not feel like a job but something you do for fun and because it feels good.
