.@Jonesy is an absolute blast in person. Also impressively genuine and kind in person. And he really knows how to have some fun. Also much taller in person than I ever thought. And on the MacroShow he has to be reminded…

Every @Hedgeye employee I encountered was exceptionally proud of what they do. It’s a mission driven place. IMHO few people in America really understand how much employment is a values statement. Matt Moran and Dan Holland are really great guys behind the scenes at Hedgeye that we don’t “see” as much but their impact is certainly felt. Had some great conversations with Matt last night. I wanted to talk to Holland more than I got to.

Yes @GavinGewecke is tall. But @nancy__davis’ husband is even taller. Got to meet him and her son at the bash. What a great family.

Paul Glenchur (policy) and Colonel McCausland (geopolitics) in addition to being impressive thinkers are Golden State Warriors fans. We attempted to watch the game outside the ballroom on the TV. It wasn’t pretty.
.@HedgeyeRJM is an invaluable addition to @Hedgeye and if you don’t know that you’re not paying attention.
The greatest takeaway from the trip: There wasn’t a person I met there that wasn’t a lifelong learner. Every conversation was filled with respect of the other. No one knows it all.
