I run an extremely boring business.

I sell home & garden products online that I mark up from US suppliers 😂

But this "boring" business has generated over $5,000,000 in sales in 18 months.

Here's how I started with only $3,500 and a laptop:
It’s called high ticket ecommerce.

With this business model we eliminate the hardest part about ecommerce, which is building a brand.

I partner with established brands and leverage their credibility, product quality, and fast shipping.

I never see or touch the products I sell.
#1 - I identify high demand, high price products

Products I sell are ideally over $3,000 but definitely over $1,000.

The higher the price, the more net profit per sale.

You've finally got your high ticket eCom store set up, you've done everything right and by the book..

But there's just one MASSIVE problem - you're getting zero sales and you're completely stumped

Here are two reasons why you're not getting sales.

Listen, we're not selling $20-50 dollar gimmicky items here where we rely on impulse purchases, only for customers to later regret buying in the first place

You can get away with an untrustworthy website on that side of dropshipping, but certainly not in high ticket
We're selling items that cost at least $1,000, but ideally range from $3-10k.

The level of store design, look, and functionality heavily influences the trust the user feels even after being on your site for 10 seconds.

Aside from Google being the most used search engine, there are unique benefits to using Google Ads that you can not get using other advertising methods.

Lower costs, better conversions, and unique features. We'll break down a few reasons why Google ads are king for high ticket.
1️⃣ - Lower Costs 📉

Let's use an example, a mountain bike product.

What stands out about Google Ads is that we can specifically target buying intent keywords such as "yeti blue mountain bike" and bid much higher than we could of otherwise.

I buy this massage chair for $4,350 from a supplier, sell it for $10,048 on my online store, and profit $4,700.

Without ever seeing or touching the product.

It's called "High Ticket Dropshipping".

Here is what I do:

1. I identify high price products (ideally over $3,000) with high demand. The higher the price, the more net profit per sale I make. I check demand using a keyword tool.

2. Once I find a great product, I identify the top suppliers in the US for that product.
3. I create a demo store on Shopify with some sample products, that way I come across professional and trustworthy.

4. I reach out to suppliers and introduce my brand and explain the value I will bring their business, and become an authorized retailer of their products.

In 2018 a concussion ruined my hockey career leaving me with no direction.

Back in 2012, I was round 1 drafted by one of the major Ontario hockey teams, the Niagra IceDogs.

I was a natural scorer and 100% thought hockey was the direction my life was going.

There was no thought in my mind I'd be doing what I'm doing right now.
A career-ending injury shattered my hockey dreams and left me lost.

It was like discovering your whole life has been a lie. Though there was no lie, just a crushing reality.

With no plan B in sight, I had zero clue what to do next.
