THREAD🧵: New docs obtained by @America1stLegal show DHS plan to produce videos training bystanders to take action against political speech by “Middle-Aged Pro Life Advocates” & “Old High School Friends” who are “Budding Conspiracy Theorists.”
2. Not content with only a Ministry of Truth, an Internet censorship bureau, and even a program for controlling speech in video games, DHS sought to pit citizens to monitor one another’s political beliefs under the guise of “deradicalization.”
3. DHS screenwrote a detailed profile for “Ann,” a “middle-aged pro-life advocate” — she is a “suburban Mom” surrounded by stock footage of “laundry” and “Minivan” who “has become increasingly more concerned about the welfare of other children:”
4. In one scenario, Ann utters the phrase “baby killer” at a local bakery event to signify her opposition to abortion. DHS gives you, the bystander, three choices: calling Ann’s husband, contacting Ann’s preacher, or stopping by Ann’s house:
5. In another DHS scenario, the audience plays Ann’s hairdresser, and listens as Ann “brings up pro-life arguments and begins ranting.”
DHS gives you 3 choices: calling the sheriff on Ann, talking about Ann to coworkers, or sleuthing Ann’s groups:
6. DHS built a stock profile for “Courtney,” an “old high school friend” who is a “budding conspiracy theorist.” Again, “suburban Mom, laundry, minivan.”
DHS targets her because she believes “conspiracy theories regarding government connections to child abuse and trafficking:”
7. All it takes to trigger DHS is Courtney “beginning to spread conspiracy theories, and the level of anger in her posts rising.”
DHS gives you 3 choices: monitor Courtney’s conversations, contact her ex-husband, or message her to probe her personal life:
8. In another scenario, you play Courtney’s mom, and hear your daughter angry over government connections to Jeffrey Epstein-style acts of harm to children.
DHS gives you 3 choices: confront Courtney directly, pull her longtime boyfriend aside, or call a crisis hotline.
9. DHS also built a stock profile for “Pete,” an “anti-government, anti-authority” father figure.
We are told Pete is an “abusive parent/stepdad” but no details are given as to what makes him abusive. He “seems like a quiet guy and mostly keeps to himself:”
10. DHS targets Pete bc a friend saw him “post on some radical sites with violent tendencies,” presumably a web forum like 4chan. Pete did not make any calls for violence.
DHS’s 3 options: contacting Pete’s wife, cornering Pete at a softball game, or simply keeping “closer tabs”
11. DHS essentially planned out government-funded instruction videos for creating a modern Stasi class where citizens are encouraged to report on one another – even when no laws have been broken.
12. Under Biden, DHS has moved aggressively into video propaganda for political policing in new and disturbing ways.
@FFO_Freedom reported how DHS created a cartoon urging young people to report their own family members to Facebook for “disinformation” for posts about Covid:
13. It is telling that such “political police” programs are now parked at DHS, rather than at FBI. FBI is an arm of DOJ, so it needs suspected lawbreaking to act.
DHS appears to think it can operate in any area of citizen life, like the “lawful speech” zone where FBI is limited.

I've now seen what several people pointed out -- Epstein's references to using a SCIF. Obviously, if Epstein meant that literally, it'd mean he was accessing classified material, or had escorted access for non-classified material in a SCIF setting. Not sure what to make of it 🧵
2. Take this exchange from May 7, 2018. "You would have loved my tech meeting in the SCIF" and saying "Ehud here with me" taken literally implies Epstein and Ehud Barak were in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility discussing classified material. justice.gov/epstein/files/…
3. But he follows it by saying "I laughed so loud that I thought it would be overheard in the neighborhood" and the earlier context around Central Park implies he is in NYC, so likely at his home. And he describes his NYC house as having a room "similar to a SCIF"
I'll add beyond the Epstein CIA Files we also need the Epstein State Department Files. One of the big mysteries of the Epstein 1990s is how in the flying hell he had the US Department of State as his personal landlord. State *at the very least* has files from then we should see.
2. The formal Epstein - State Dept relationship under the Clinton admin is gobsmacking for many reasons. First, Epstein visited the Clinton White House at least 17 times, so seemed to have a direct advisory, consultation or possibly a logistics coordination role in US statecraft
3. Second reason we need all State Dept records around this 1990s Epstein housing arrangement, esp its inbound comms from other agencies (CIA, namely) is BECAUSE EPSTEIN RENTED OUT THE MANSION TO THE DEFENSE LAWYER FOR TWO MAJOR DRUG RINGS THAT BOTH HAD ALLEGED CIA INVOLVEMENT
Trump State Dept must IMMEDIATELY review all recs & comms btwn (1) Biden’s State Dept, esp US Amb to France & Embassy, & (2) all French Ministry of Justice & Ministry of Foreign Affairs contacts, for FULL INTERNAL AUDIT of coordination on disinformation & platform governance work
2. And the same internal audit MUST be done vis a vis Biden State Dept & Spain. I am telling you, this exercise, combined with publication of the results of this audit, is an ABSOLUTE MUST.
3. I have meticulously documented over a decade’s body of work how the US State Dept built the Censorship Industrial Complex in France and in Spain through funding a swarm army grantee network of NGOs, flaggers, fact-checkers, university centers, & disinfo rapid-response units.
A couple interesting notes on the reveal that Obama’s White House Counsel (top lawyer to the President) Kathy Ruemmler emailed Jeffrey Epstein she was awarded the CIA Agency Medal just hours after getting the award 🧵
2) When I saw this, I wondered why I’d never heard this before. Her CIA Agency Award in 2015 was not and still has never been reported by any press outlet whatsoever, not even a fringe one. It’s not in her Wikipedia. It’s not in her extensive current Goldman Sachs bio.
3) I’ve covered many times, for example, how BlackRock’s Vice Chairman proudly lists his winning the CIA’s Director’s Award openly on his official BlackRock bio.
In 1999, Jeffrey Epstein anonymously FOIA'd the CIA to obtain all CIA records "that might reflect an open or otherwise acknowledged Agency affiliation" between himself and the CIA. In 2011, he wrote again to see if CIA had acknowledged any links with him in the 12 years since 🧵
2) By using a lawyer to go through the Privacy Act, this ensured the public couldn't know Jeffrey Epstein was the requester of the CIA records about himself, and all correspondence would remain between the CIA and Epstein's law firm.
3) First, I must point out this is an exceptionally interesting file in part because it is actionable. It discloses two CIA file reference numbers, Epstein's 1999 request for CIA records about himself (P-1999-02450) and Epstein's later 2011 request (P-2011-00673)
Since NED is the epicenter of the Censorship Industrial Complex, & after Trump's 2016 win NED began hiring officers & directors for their specialty in censorship work, here's a 🧵 on the Censorship Industrial Complex activities of Rep. Joaquin Castro, on NED's board since 2023:
2: Since Castro is on both the House Intelligence Cmte & Foreign Affairs, he's uniquely privy to & influential on CIA, State Dept, USAID & NED matters, which those committees oversee. 2017-2018, Castro led the intelligence crusade that "Russian disinfo" online helped Trump win.
3: As the 2020 election approached, Castro demanded the FBI take action on "right-wing misinformation" on social media that might get Latino voters to vote Trump. That demand held weight as Castro both oversaw the FBI in Congress & also chaired the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
