Today Quant was confirmed to be involved with Project Rosalind, a BIS/Bank of England CBDC project.
Why is this such a big deal?
Let's dive in!

First off, what is the BIS? Why does this matter?
The world's single most influential financial institution, the BIS is a global organization of 63 countries' central banks that creates the policy, rules, and structure for modern finance as we know it.

Our objective is to identify ๐ค๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ whose work deserves more recognition from the $QNT community.
We know thereโs lots of talent out there, and weโre paying to find it! ๐ฐ๐๐ผ

There's been a variety of strange on-chain behavior seen over the last year with $QNT, aligning with the behaviors one would expect from the token model.
The $QNT utility token has a variety of uses, read the end of this thread for more!

Aligning with previously documented patterns, large outflows of $QNT move in batches from Coinbase to cold wallets containing only $QNT. All of these wallets are 58 days old.
That's not all.. ๐๐ฟ
Grouped by age, these wallets move together. Several minutes before a group of today's outflows we see an inflow from a marked 'utility' wallet of 16k $QNT, also 58 days old.
