@LawCrimeNetwork Mr Archibald says he has asked for a copy of an amended indictment. 2 years ago the indictment was filed with the court and hasn't been amended. He said they've asked for an amendment but were denied now the state wants to. #lorivallow

@LawCrimeNetwork They're changing the code sections from grand theft by intent deprive another of property to grand theft by deception. Archibald says these aren't clerical errors and the grand jury indicted her on the wrong code section #lorivallow
