Show the new player a lot of cool stuff they can use in Matched Play, while also allowing the player who simply enjoys the new casual game mode to expand its horizons.

The highly competitive side get new players to fight, and a new way to introduce their friends to the hobby, and new players get an easy to understand, and simple avenue to get introduced to the hobby, all the while slowly expanding their collections as new updates release. 5/5
This is clearly a dude who has had enough of the junkies and theater kids who have taken up the overall hobby and his very precious time and game nights with their asinine bullshit and he just wants to play the fucking game.
You have to ask yourself every time you play DnD these days if the juice is even worth the squeeze anymore. The environment created by the enshittening of DnD with stuff like Critical Role and Harmonquest bringing in the worst human beings imaginable.
