Biden: "Whether you pay the debt or not doesn't have a damn thing to do with what your budget is ... let's get it straight. They're trying to hold the debt hostage to get us to agree to some draconian cuts."

Biden: "My predecessor, in the 4 years he was president, increased that total debt by 40 percent."

Biden says he is going to tell congressional leaders next week that they should pass a debt limit increase and avoid default. It does not sound like he plans to negotiate spending cuts with McCarthy at this time.

he tried to hard to do a gotcha interview here and it was just cringe and awkward

lol in the next segment the Portland mayor owned Jones (note how Fox News weirdly and abruptly cut away from the interview without giving the mayor a chance to respond)
