@LawCrimeNetwork #19 - The grand jury combined conspiracy and grand theft and Archibald says those should be considered separately. The state says there's a breakdown of 1st-degree murder and grand theft and count 5 which is an agreement to 1st degree murder #lorivallow

@LawCrimeNetwork The jury instructions try to clarify what the grand jury could not. Some of the errors are indictment Lori, Chad, Alex, are co-conspirators and it gives ID and the jury more options to convict on charges Lori wasn't indicted on #lorivallow
