Judge is currently going through the entire indictment (every single count) and detailing the evidence from each witness that came in to support each allegation..

In a lengthy oral decision from the bench, Judge Boyce has ruled that over the weeks of testimony in the State's case, there is sufficient evidence before the jury on all counts – the case moves forward!
