Yesterday I went to reliance mart in the evening. It had turned windy and black clouds scudded in the sky. A possible thunderstorm anticipated. I and an elderly lady were brousing in the shampoo section when as it happens dust started blowing through the big openings. The elderly
lady started coughing and then her coughing became intense. At first I was hesitant then I left courtesy behind and said wait I will get water. I rushed towards the end of the aisle when a reliance attendant came close offered the lady a bottle of water. He stood patiently as
she drank, I watched silently a few steps away. The wind got more gutsy and lights went off to be replaced by generator lights. The lady completed her shopping but would not take the lift as she feared lights going on and off. Her shopping cart full she descended the steps. I
again offered to hold her cart. Another reliance attendant came forward took the heavy basket from my hand and said mai le chalta hun. I kept standing for full 2 mins smiling, my mood uplifted. Humming a song I returned to my car.

When my sister was getting married, my father a day before her marriage sat her down and spoke these words. I am repeating them here for those who look at married couples and think they are lucky.
Dear betu of mine, when you will walk through life as a married partner
You will want your partner to be the perfect partner. But marriage is made up of many compromises, overlooking each others faults, forgiving quickly and enduring many problems. Learn to be an understanding mercyful partner even if your partner is not. Cos there is no 50- 50 in
marriage. Its mutual respect, shared dreams and laughter but a lot of tears wept alone.
I was sitting near my sister studying. I repeated this here because I have often heard people say what kind of a partner they want. To them, I say, you can make a successful marriage, its in

In the state of Karnataka if you go towards Yellapur to Sirsi Taluk in the district of Uttara Kannada, just 14 km from Sirsi flows the Shalmala river quiet and serene. The area around the river is surrounded with lush green vegetation with serene and peaceful calm. It is a great Image
place not only to relax but also to attain some mental solace in the company of Bhagwan Shiva, for this place hides a piece of history and our incredible heritage as thousands of shivlings are carved on the river bed and surrounding rocks giving it the name Sahasralinga Image
Known as the place with the thousand lingas. These were carved by the ruler Sadashivraya of the Vijaynagar Kingdom between 1678 and 1718. The unique thing about the place is that each Shiv ling is accompanied by its corresponding nandi dev. One is advised to visit this place Image

Death. What happens after death as explained in Garuda Purana
People fear death a lot just because it is the darkest unknown entity which our near and dear ones visit unfortunately but no one has explained the process to us. Here I am enumerating that which is written in Garuda
Purana.
Disconnection of the earth sole chakras :
Approximately 4-5 hours before death the earth sole chakras situated below the feet get detached...symbolizing disconnection from the earth plane. A few hours before an individual dies their feet turn cold. It is written that
Yama arrives to take the soul.
2. The Astral Cord
Death severs the astral cord, the connection between the soul and the body. After this the soul is free to leave the physical body.
If the soul is too much attached to the physical body it refuses to leave and tries to get back

A dirty impoverished looking women entered a fancy seven star hotel restaurant and looked around confusedly. The people sitting at the restaurant looked at her with disgust and loathing. The hostess of the fancy hotel hurried towards the unkempt woman not even trying
to hide the disdain in her eyes and addressed the women brusquely "Madam perhaps you have come to the wrong place" The hostess was looking around wildly trying to push the women unseemingly towards the exit. By this time the other customers at that place had started
protesting. " Call the manager. I have not booked a table here to be seen eating in the company of dirty beggars" One man loudly said. Another said " If she expects to eat anything free from here she should be thrown out". The women lowered her eyes and addressed the hostess
