Now this is fascinating information about NY SAC Michael Harpster, HQ might've gotten some reports before September 2016.

Reading between the lines here, Harpster had reports 80 and 94 and he potentially could've mentioned them to Andy McCabe a couple of days before he opened CH. 🤔

I would say that this is confirmation more or less that Harpster told McCabe about Steele's reporting.
