Might as well have a neon sign there with, "Facece was here. Imperials Rule". Then an arrow pointed in its' general direction. The Imperials hands are literally all over that system.

That unfortunately appears to be the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Jaques appears to to the mastermind behind Project Dynasty and almost single-handedly responsible for the loss of billions of lives. He appears to have multiple aliases.

Raffe Zetter appears to be another alias. Injuries are consistent with Jaques mining accident. If so, he knew and also runs The Dark Wheel. Was war inevitable with a more militant group? We need to know.

The first step at this point appears to be locating and apprehending Jaques. The trail starts at Facece. Shinrarta Dezra is and always has been a fraud of the highest order. Especially, given what Peter Jameson did to John Jameson. Anyone who dared get in the way is 💀.
