Are you uncertain today, Beloved? Does the way in front of you feel unclear? Are you confused by the enormity of what looks like not one mountain, but an entire range of mountains in front of you? Perhaps, the way seems blocked by Mount Everest!
You have a promise from your Father!
He has promised that He will guide you; that you will hear His voice. He will show you the next step to take!
Isaiah 30:21
And thine ears shall hear a Word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
His Word says that He has ordained our steps even before we were born! He knows just where you’ve been, where you’re at now, and where He is taking you!
Psalm 37:23-24, 31
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and He delighteth in his way.
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with His hand. [31] The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
Have you ever felt like maybe you haven’t heard the Lord correctly, and that you made the wrong decision in the path you chose?
Even in that beloved, the Father had His hand!
Proverbs 16:9
A man's heart deviseth his way: but the Lord directeth his steps.
He directs our steps! And for those who love Him and are the called according to His purposes, He causes all things to work out for His good purposes, even our wrong decisions!
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
His children will walk in His steps of truth and righteousness! We follow our Shepherd and listen to His voice saying, “This way beloved.”
Psalm 85:11-13
Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. Righteousness shall go before Him; and shall set us in the way of His steps.
John 10:27
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
His Word is a guide to us!
Psalm 119:133-135
Order my steps in Thy Word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep Thy precepts.
Make Thy face to shine upon Thy servant; and teach me Thy statutes.
His Word lights the way ahead, even in the deepest darkness! Keep in mind, a lamp only shows us the next few steps!
Psalm 119:105
Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
His Word warns us to turn away from the path of wickedness!
Proverbs 4:11-12,14-15
I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths. When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.
[14] Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
Even when the path ahead of you is unclear, and you can’t see the way, trust in Him, have faith in His promise that He is guiding you!
I’ve told you about the poster I had in my room as a teen. It said that faith is walking to the edge of all the light you have and taking one more step!
Take the next step beloved! Ask Him to show you the way!
Thank Him for His promise to guide you, and to walk with you, and to never leave your side!
Thank Him that His promise is that you will hear His voice guiding you! Keep your ears open, and your eyes on the path ahead! Keep your eyes on Him!
Follow the example of Jesus, Who for the joy set before Him kept walking, even in His darkest hour!
1 Peter 2:21
For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps. #EyesOnHim
What is the cause of this blockage that you feel? You cry out to the Lord, but you find no answer, no relief! God feels so far away and His voice silent!
Do you find yourself in such a place today, beloved?
The Word of God says that His ear isn’t dull, but our sins have caused this separation!
Isaiah 59:1-2
Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
But your iniquities have separated between you & your God, & your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear.
We can’t have an intimate relationship w/our Father when we are walking in unconfessed sin; when we know what we’re doing is wrong but we continue anyway!
Has the Lord called you to do something? When God calls us to do a task for Him, it’s not always easy is it?
A task by def. can be something hard or unpleasant to do; it can mean a rebuke, or adverse criticism of something or someone!
It’s also important to know in order to be prepared mentally, physically, & emotionally, that the enemy will do everything in his power to stop you!
He will often use people to accomplish that! People who discourage you, say you’re on the wrong path, and that you’re not really doing the Lord’s work!
He will even cause you to doubt the mission you’ve been given! Especially when you’re under attack!
I only posted a link to the dream I had this morning, but I now feel I should post the entire dream!
Let me preface the dream by saying that I make no claims to be an interpreter of dreams, yet I do believe this dream, and possibly my interpretation are correct.
The Dream ~
President Trump, a dear old friend of mine, and I were in an 18 wheeler.
President Trump was driving. I tell my friend to tell President Trump how we’ve prayed for him over the last years!
She’s telling him & he’s listening attentively, & smiling, while still focused on the road ahead.
The next thing I know I’m outside the truck. I don’t know how I got there, but I’m on the side of the road and it’s snowing, and the ground is covered in snow, and apparently ice.
Do you feel like you’re in the middle of a tumultuous, raging storm?
It’s pouring down rain, thundering and lightning all around you, the waves are crashing over the sides of the boat, and it seems that at any moment it will be capsized and sink?
Beloved, He is with you in the most boisterous of storms in your life! He has promised never to leave you, and to be your peace! He has given you His Comforter, the Holy Spirit, to help you!
John 14:26-27
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Many who have known me for the last 6 - 7 years know that I began my journey on social media, via Twitter 2009! I became more active in 2015/2016 in order to find and share information during the lead up to the election of 2016!
I had been distraught over the 8 years of Obama and the changes that had occurred under his administration! Changes that went against so many of the values I have as a Christian.
I didn’t know who I was going to support for President in 2016.
I did know I didn’t like Ted Cruz. I still don’t. As we say in Texas, he is all hat, and no cattle! He talks a good talk, but does little to nothing!
