Austria🇦🇹tuition is around 556knaira/year (black market today) and some schools will even refund your tuition fee after payment.
Getting P.R in Austria is very fast as well.
You can move with Family.
You want an affordable country ,but don't want to go through the process. IDAN!

How to Move to Austria Via Study route.
When you see this, it looks stressful and a lot. But am telling that THE REAL IDANS are getting through it.
Some Countries need to go through legalization process before admission.
there are schools you can apply to without legalization. I know only about 2schools.
What documents do you need to Legalize for admission.
1: High school degree /Transcript
2: Bsc Degree /Transcript
Legalize at ministry of edu and foreign affairs.
