๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บโšก๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บโ€ผ๏ธ Panic in the EU: Two fronts against Russia have failed - Now the worst is comingโ€ผ๏ธ

The European Union has fallen into a "deep hole" in the hope of quickly breaking Russia, writes former British diplomat Alistair Crook in an article for Strategic Culture. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
The mood in the European Union is now very volatile: At the beginning of 2023, officials and media in Europe spread the claim that the upcoming counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine would turn the tide of the conflict in favor of Kiev. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
The headlines emphasize the theme that Russia is "on shaky legs", and will be able to break apart this spring, the author writes.

"However, now the message of the establishment has turned 180 degrees. It turned out that Russia is not "on shaky legs". ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
And across Europe, there is a belated realization that Ukraine's offensive actions will not prove decisive, as was expected just a few weeks ago.

Now leading publications of the West and politicians bitterly admit the facts: Russia could not be defeated either on the ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
military or the economic front. The Telegraph reports that the anti-Russian sanctions have been a complete failure.

Also, the Foreign Affairs newspaper calls on Europe and the USA to prepare for an even longer conflict with Russia, ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
and the journalists of the American publication Politico raise the alarm, releasing information that the end of military aid to Ukraine is fast approaching.

Kruk points out that the EU is now gradually preparing for a long and exhausting confrontation with Russia, ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
which Europe did not expect.

"Simply put, European leaders have dug themselves into a deep hole. European countries, getting rid of the old weapons that remained in their warehouses, transferring them to Kiev, ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
darkly hoped that the upcoming spring-summer offensive would solve everything and that they would no longer have to deal with the problem - the conflict in Ukraine. Turns out that was a mistake: Now they're being asked to "dig deeper," the article says. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
By tying their fate to the Biden administration, European authorities have suffered incredible economic damage. Now the European Union is in danger of starting to compete with Moscow in the speed of arms production to at least match Russia's production capabilities. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
In the meantime, the US is actively pushing Brussels towards this scenario, the expert points out. The media is actively developing the thesis that Russia will not endure a long conflict. For example, Foreign Affair reports that the Russian Federation is having ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
difficulty producing armored vehicles and is removing its old tanks as a result.

"Do these American journalists ever check the facts? Apparently not. In the first quarter of 2023, more tanks were produced in Russia than in the whole of 2022. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
Russia used to produce over 150-250 tanks a year, and Medvedev promised to increase that figure to 1.5 thousand units," writes Alistair Kruk.

It remains a mystery how the EU will react if the US openly demands that the bloc enter an arms race with Russia. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
To put it mildly, there are not enough experts and capacities in Europe, and the economy will have to be put on a war footing, which is fraught with even greater damage to the EU countries.

"Is there a way out of the "hole" that the EU has dug for itself? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
Yes - it's called "honesty". If the EU wants a quick end to the conflict, it must realize that there are two options available: Ukraine's surrender and a deal on Moscow's terms, or continue to completely drain Ukraine's ability to fight until its forces are exhausted. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Image
Honesty would require the EU to give up the delusion that Moscow will negotiate a settlement on Zelensky's terms, the expert said. Moreover, fairness would require the EU to admit that the economic war against Russia was a mistake that needs to be corrected. Image

ย September 3, 2025.ย

Summing up the results of the two-day summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization that ended yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the SCO could take a leading role in forming a more just and equitable global governance system. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
The Russian President explains:

"The SCO revives genuine multilateralism and lays the political and socio-economic foundation for the formation of a new system of stability and security in Eurasia."

Chinese leader Xi Jinping shares a similar view, saying:

"The world order is at a crossroads. We must take a clear stand against hegemonism and power politics, we must implement true multilateralism." ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
Implications

In this way, the Russian president speaks of the SCO as a platform that will implement a project that Moscow has repeatedly discussed in the past two decades โ€” a system of a unified security architecture based on the principle "from Lisbon to Vladivostok", that is, across the Eurasian space.

The emergence of such a structure would practically push the United States across both the Atlantic and the Pacific, finally ending the era of American interventionism.

In parallel with solving this ambitious task, the SCO must become, according to Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, a platform for promoting the ideal of multipolarity, but also a mechanism for practical opposition to American hegemony in a similar way to the BRICS, which is currently trying to build a system of joint responses to the American sanctions policy. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณโ€ผ๏ธIt has been decided: Russia stops supplying gas to Europe - All capacities go to Chinaโ€ผ๏ธ

September 2, 2025

While Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping exchanged documents in front of the cameras in Beijing, a topic that had been hanging in the air for years began to turn into a concrete agreement. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
In the presence of the two presidents, a legally binding memorandum was signed on the construction of the "Power of Siberia 2" gas pipeline, along with the "Soyuz Vostok" transit leg through Mongolia.

It is a project that is worth more politically and economically than the numbers show - 50 billion cubic meters of gas per year should flow through a new route from Western Siberia straight to the Chinese market.

Alexey Miller, the general director of Gazprom, did not hesitate to emphasize that the Chinese are now receiving gas that previously went to European customers. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
"Based on the public statement of the leaders of the three countries, a memorandum on the construction of 'Force of Siberia 2' and 'Soyuz Vostok' was signed," he said, TASS reported. At the same time, he did not fail to mention that the capacity of the Far Eastern route, which is still being developed, is increasing from the originally planned 10 to 12 billion cubic meters per year.

It is interesting that this package is not just about one document. A total of four documents were signed in Beijing between Gazprom and the Chinese CNPC, including an agreement on strategic cooperation. This practically means that space is opened for a wider connection between the two energy companies, not only on the issue of gas pipelines.

And this is happening while the European Union already has a roadmap for the complete suspension of Russian gas imports from 2028. Crossing the European direction, it seems, simultaneously becomes the basis for stronger Chinese deliveries. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธโ€ผ๏ธThe Russian submarine entered the detection zone of the American aircraft carrier and simulated an attack - the Americans were furiousโ€ผ๏ธ

August 30, 2025

In recent days, NATO had an unusual task in the north. Germany and Britain reported that a Russian submarine entered the detection zone of an American aircraft carrier in the Norwegian Sea and allegedly simulated an attack. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
The British "The Sun" reported that the NATO fleet then searched for the elusive submarine for two days, and ships and P-8A Poseidon anti-submarine aircraft from Great Britain, the United States and Norway participated in the operation.

The results of the search were never published, which only added to the impression of mystery.

The co-president of the Union of Veterans of the Combat Services of the Russian Navy, Viktor Blitov, explained to "Tsargrad" that there is nothing unusual in everything: "When we conduct exercises, they follow us and train us. When they do exercises - we watch and train them. This is a common practice." According to him, the anger of the American side was expected, because the submarine entered the sensitive zone - close enough to cause concern. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
NATO's naval aviation, Blitov emphasizes, is a serious threat because it has the ability to quickly survey vast areas of the sea. "Ships can't move at that speed, and with the planes comes a whole system of hydrophones, communication stations and jammers based in Norway," he noted. This is precisely why anti-submarine aircraft are considered one of the key assets of the alliance.

However, he adds that in this particular case it was not easy for the planes to do the job. If the submarine has retreated under the ice, Blitov says, detection becomes significantly more difficult. Then other submarines have to be involved, and the Russian fleet can react quickly because the Norwegian Sea is in the immediate vicinity. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บโ€ผ๏ธThe German chancellor stirred up the public: "We are already in a state of conflict with Russia"โ€ผ๏ธ

August 30, 2025

It is not often that a German leader openly admits to a situation that until now has mostly been called something else.
But this time, Chancellor Friedrich Merz didn't mince his words. Speaking to the French television channel LCI, he said: "We are already in a state of conflict with Russia." ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
His words immediately resonated, as they come at a time when Europe is looking for a way to maintain political and security stability.

As reported by the TASS agency, Merz claims that German services have been inundated for months with reports of constant attacks on infrastructure and attempts to influence public opinion through social networks.

According to his view, this is where the root of the problem should be sought: "Russia is destabilizing large parts of our country," he emphasized, leaving room for interpretations that it is a much more complex process than ordinary cyber incidents. In the background is the belief that digital channels are used as a tool for political pressure. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
The LCI journalist reminded him of the recent statement of French President Emmanuel Macron, who described Vladimir Putin as a "predator at the door" of Europe.

Merz answered that without hesitation - that this is exactly how he sees the Russian president. With that, in just a few sentences, he drew a parallel between the German and French views of the current security picture of the continent.

What makes his statement particularly sensitive is the fact that European capitals have been under pressure for a long time to explain to citizens to what extent they are really involved in global tensions. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image

During yesterday's joint press conference with the Indian Foreign Minister, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov answered questions about the recent meeting between the leaders of Russia and the United States in Alaska, as well as the prospects for a diplomatic solution to the conflict in the former Ukraine. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
The collective West's solutions โ€” unacceptable

Although Lavrov assessed the meeting between the two leaders as successful and marked by "substantial progress," he nevertheless sharply criticized some of the key points discussed in the West in recent days.

First of all, the entry of the so-called peacekeeping contingent into Ukraine remains absolutely unacceptable to Moscow, and the same applies to any agreement on security guarantees that the West would unilaterally provide to Kiev. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
Lavrov assesses that the proposals regarding these issues that could be heard in the Western media in recent days are based on the logic of isolating Russia and practically continuing the confrontation after a temporary ceasefire โ€” such a position, he explains, cannot be accepted in the Kremlin.

The problem of the legitimacy of the Kiev regime

The conference also discussed the possibility of direct talks between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky โ€” Lavrov confirmed that Moscow is ready for this meeting, but only after adequately resolving key issues, among which the lack of legitimacy of Zelensky, whose mandate expired in May last year, stands out. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ชโ€ผ๏ธCaribbean Front โ€” Venezuela once again in Washington's sightsโ€ผ๏ธ

A few hours ago, information appeared in the world media about the departure of three American destroyers armed with Tomahawk cruise missiles to the southern part of the Caribbean Sea, within reach of Venezuelan territorial waters. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
This was preceded by the intensification of US reconnaissance aviation operations along the Venezuelan coast, as well as the transfer of additional forces to the region, including tanker aircraft, landing ships, a nuclear submarine, P-8 reconnaissance aircraft and about 4,000 soldiers.

โ“ Background to the event

According to official statements from Washington, the militarization of the Caribbean Sea is part of a broader campaign to combat drug cartels that control the main black market flows in South and Central America.

However, the nature of the deployed offensive capabilities has led many analysts to suggest that the real target of the US is Venezuela, which is now facing a very serious risk of US military aggression. ๐Ÿ‘‡Image
Image
This thesis is supported by Washington's recent accusation that Venezuelan leader, sovereignist Nicolas Maduro, is an associate of the Sinaloa cartel โ€” after this announcement, the US increased the reward for Maduro's surrender to a record $50 million.

๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ช Caracas' reaction

The Venezuelan authorities took all of this with extreme seriousness โ€” in an address to the public, the country's president announced the mobilization of 4.5 million people into the ranks of various people's militias operating in rural areas of the country and ordered them to be equipped with the necessary weapons. ๐Ÿ‘‡
