This ship is a light vessel not designed to be in combat. With a 400lb bomb the damage may be more extensive. Also, as a side note since it's listed as a restricted maneuverability and has not moved in a day, it's not under its own power. It's dead in the water. Now we just have to wait for a distress signal to come up on the CW bandwidth like the Moskva.
