Declan Rice is an elite midfielder who’s been talked about in recent times for ample amount of reasons.

Rice’s defensive intelligence and positioning is world-class, he really can anchor midfield just with how strong his game IQ is. Plays like a veteran with maturity & bravery.

He’s known for his switch of play, ball carrying, physical domination of the midfield and so much more! Arsenal have been interested in ‘The Cheapest Rice’ for a good period and seen him as the standout summer signing for UCL Footy!

He’s got vital skills sets in every domain…

that makes him a big fish in a rare market of DMs.

The simplicity, presence, awareness, reliability, the legs to win ground duels, the height and frame to win aerial duels, the press resistance, the passing ability &has the right balance of being progressive + patient!

Rice has elite physicality, someone with his body frame can easily win challenges yet barely gives away fouls & isn’t afraid of getting into duels with the best of players (no DM in the big 6 has a higher ground duels % won than Rice)

Rice is one of the best midfielders in the world when it comes to switching play and he can do it with both his feet. Something Arsenal lacks. Imagine switching play to feed deliveries to Saka and Martinelli!

To talk about his movement on the pitch, if you’ve watched him you’ll know that he glides across the pitch effortlessly.

Rice is flawless every week. Partey is flawless 8 weeks out of 10. That's the difference between the pair. Rice is an upgrade on Partey for what we want in our team. I have no further need to explain why we need Rice.

Partey is not reliable for the No. of games we need to play and he is getting older, the change or cover is needed.

There are not enough DMs in Europe. he is English + capable of playing at LCM too and filling in at CB in a pinch.

How many midfielders run the show like Declan Rice? He's world class but also a leader who leads by example on and off the pitch. He'd excel in Mikel Arteta's system. Composure personified!

He’s played at an underperforming West Ham side for couple of seasons. People often pin the blame on their star player. West Ham barely press, but top pressing teams will force the opposition long, we know having a tall Def/Mid helps to ensure your press isn’t nullified.

He also has immense reading of the game as shown through his interceptions, he’s 2nd in the league for interceptions, whether that’s vs top passing teams in midfield or tracking runners into the box, Rice is the only player to reach 60+ interceptions in the PL this season.

The level that Rice has arrived at, without the help of focused coaching from the most elite coaches in the game, is incredible. A literal walking monster of a player!

He has the fundamentals, he just needs a coach that will give him the structure and system to bring it out.

The reality of the situation is he's already an elite #6, arguably the best there is. He carries the ball unlike other DMs, developing in a B2B #8

Not only that, but he's also never injured. Declan Rice has missed one game in just under 200 appearances in the PL for West Ham.

Declan Rice is a better #6 than Caicedo due to his height, and Caicedo is a better #8 than Rice due to his low centre of gravity, dynamism, close-control dribbling, & his preference to roam + destroy.

Both can & likely will be elite, but it's key to note that they can co-exist. Rice DM Caicedo LCM like I said in my previous thread on Caicedo they both are different.

Having no funds isn’t a question? We were doing 100 million bids in January with Rice a No. 1 summer target!

Along with his obvious world-class quality could you ask for anything better than this INSANE availability from your holding midfielder?

Getting Declan Rice is like winning the season before it begins!

To sum it up I’ll say that Rice is Top 3 DM in the world, ready for a big money move & has potential to go even further the right development!

It’s difficult to round of a report on a player with his maturity, intelligence and growth in consistency.

Being an Indian i know the Value of Rice😭
