Oberon is a young puppy in a world of pain. 7 MONTHS OLD and Devore CA is lining him up to die. They say he’s suffering inside his kennel yet video evidence shows none of this. A YOUNG puppy who was previously kenneled with other dogs, he needs a CHANCE.
