In many places while speaking on Objectives Resolution Pandit Nehru himself mentioned that his own personal preferences do not matter what is important is guarantee..How the Sengol is respected is part of Constituent Assembly Rama Rajya guarantee irrespective of personal views
The rational views that Sengol is only a stick etc.. does not count once Pandit Nehru accepted it as part of ritual knowing its significance respecting the Sengol is now part of belief , faith and worship of majority people guaranteed by Constituent Assembly and present in Art 26
After coming to know of significance of Sengol and in light of past 1962 experience and similar situation with China now and given Constitutional Rama Rajya guarantee and the yardstick defined by Pandit Nehru one cannot fault Hon'ble PM for applying yardstick to respect Sengol
We hope the devout politicians in all political parties will look at #SengolAtNewParliament in the above spirit and ensure it is respected for well-being of the Nation
