Any college student that can apply, should. While winning is great, there's much more to gain from the whole process regardless of your current level. 🧵
2. This process is a catalyst for career advancement, showcasing your skills and abilities to potential employers & opening doors to new opportunities or at least provide valuable chances to grow your network.
4. Use the application process as an opportunity to get valuable feedback from experienced professionals. Seek them out. Their insights and suggestions will help you further hone your skills and improve your broadcasting skills.
5. The application process is a great place to reflect on your work and identify your strengths and opportunities for improvement. This introspection fosters personal growth and ongoing professional development.
6. The process can be a great source of motivation and inspiration for you to improve. Some folks are intrinsically good at this, others (like me) need a deadline or goal to aim for - this can help.
