WHAT IS A D.U.M.B.
A (D.U.M.B.) is a Deep Underground Military Base that is off-limits to public citizens. There are an estimated 10,000 D.U.M.B.s worldwide. These bases are used for TOP SECRET research, storage, and other Military covert operations.

It is estimated that these facilities run on "Black Budget" tax money. Most black budget funding can come from misappropriated and un accounted for tax money and "Dark" funding operations, such as, drug and human trafficking!

WHERE ARE THEY?

Many public known facilities consists of Cheyenne Mountain Complex, Chaishan Air Force Base, Iranian Underground Missile Complex, Raven Rock Mountain Complex, and Zaljava Air Base.

An underground base that was exposed by, Geologist Phil Schneider in the 90s, is said to exist in the Archuleta Mountain Range in Dulce, New Mexico. It is said that the Dulce Base was filled with human bio-hybrid labs that perform inhumane testing on the enslaved victims.

Phil Schneider devoted the rest of his life to exposing his story about his time working for a government contract to dig tunnels connecting to the D.U.M.B.s Phil was said to have committed suicide on January 17th 1996.

Phil's death certificate was soon changed to homicide after a doctor found that their was foul play envolved. Phil was found dead with his catheter lines wrapped around his neck. Phil stated many times that he was in danger due to multiple attempts that were made against his life

Paul Bennewitz first exposed his stories of his time at the Dulce Base in the 80s. His stories about the base was very detailed. He exposed the operation and its ties to government experiamentation and the human-hybrid programs

Video footage was released by Bennewitz that showed evidence of vats of liquid containing suspended human bodies prior to his death in 2003.
