Our continuous supporter @nother_fella has funded 6 UAVs already. The 1st one was dedicated to his grandfather who flew Wellington bombers. The 2nd is a tribute to his other grandpa, Flying Officer William Fergusson, who flew Mosquitoes and died in combat. Here are the rest👇
This next drone is a tribute to Ruslan, Ukraine's warrior and a friend of our dear supporter and volunteer @IamBohhi. Ruslan was killed defending our country, and we really wish he'll be avenged. This UAV is a good way to do that.
@IamBohhi is also a wonderful daughter, who supports her dad who's fighting for Ukraine as well. This drone is a small token of appreciation to her and her family, who make us all proud.
This next UAV is a companion to the first Walter's drone. His back, actually. To quote our donor: "I like the idea of him rising again and again to fight for🇺🇦"
We like this idea as well.
We knew this day would come. What wasn't implemented for the naval drone, is now a part of #SquaDrone. Enjoy the closure, Fellas🙂

Due to the proximity of the front line, many victims with shrapnel and mine/explosive injuries arrive at the Mykolaiv Clinical Hospital. An X-ray machine, purchased with the funds of U24 donors, helps to save them. Like this story of a man who came under fire🧵👇
"We quickly took him to the operating table, and operated with the help of an arc. There were access difficulties due to the limited time and bleeding. With the help of a C-arm X-ray machine, we were able to install a metal structure through a small incision."
"The man's lower limb was saved. The C-arm rotates 360 degrees. We can scan a person in any projection, find a fragment or fracture without making a large skin incision, and display the X-ray image on the screen. This shortens the operation time and reduces the blood loss."
Thanks to your donations, we have raised $201,425 to rebuild of the school in Buzova 🔥
The 14 winners of the Vyshyvankas raffle were randomly chosen among the participants who donated $24 or more. Here are their e-mail addresses👇
Some of our donors didn’t have a Fella avatar when they funded a drone. But we still made tributes to them. And even supplemented some of them with visuals. Like this email request from Lt @Iakwasny for an UAV in honor of Ukraine’s great poet Taras Shevchenko.
This drone from Lt @DirkAltrichter is dedicated to Ukrainian girl Kira. Today, on International Children’s Day, we want to pay tribute to all kids in Ukraine who suffered from russian invaders. They will pay for each child’s tear.
The wolf is in the Flyin’ Fellas pack. Thanks to Flight Lieutenant @TheSylvreWolfe for reinforcements.
U24 connects donors worldwide! We receive letters from everywhere
"Today's day 444 of russias tyranny. I've worn these colors with pride and high respect for the country and people of Ukraine everyday of those 444 days and will continue to wear them with pride" Michael,Perth🇦🇺🧵
“Today, I made a small donation through UNITED24, your country's official website, hoping that the Ukrainian people will know that there are ordinary people in China who support you until the final victory,” Qian Jiang, 🇨🇳
“The civilised countries of the world stand with you against the brutal invasion of your country. I’ve supported you since the start of UNITED24 and will continue to do so until you have peace and stability again in Ukraine,” Sharon, Nottingham, 🇬🇧
On #NAFOday, we present a special big #SquaDrone thread, featuring all the team drones. We'll start with a jab from one of Ukraine's greatest boxers, bought by The Drone Team 2 (we're not sure who fellas had in mind — @Vitaliy_Klychko, @Klitschko, or both)

Big bada boom is so 1997.
Badda jagga bonk is much trendier, although the point is pretty much the same.

This amazing Millenium Falcon comes courtesy of Flight Lieutenant @AurelliaStrass and #NAFOJediforces. Unlike the original, the only things this ship smuggles are explosives for russian invaders. Much like the original one, however, it will serve the light side.
How to make Oscar-worthy movies? How to cast actors? Which is more important — talent or luck? Michel Hazanavicius, film director and U24 ambassador, answered these questions for students of the Kyiv National I. K. Karpenko-Karyi Theatre, Cinema and Television University.

We were inspired by the story of @BereniceBejo, who won the 2011 César Award as Best Actress in The Artist:
“When Berenice was doing the text, I didn’t really look at her. She called her agent and said ‘He didn’t look at me, he was not interested.’ But I hired her"
"A month after that she asked me about it. I said to her ‘The image is my job. I don’t need your makeup and hair, it’s not the major of my movie. I didn’t need to watch you, I needed to hear you. Life acting doesn't need editing. It is really the last part of the acting”
