🚀Communities are all different kinds of shareholders, with different needs that have to be met - contributors, validators, developers…

What you want is for each to care about the product and engage is shaping it based on a shared vision

🐻In the bear market the fair weather members are out the door - those left are the ones who really understand the trends and the mission…

So how do you keep the ones that matter?

🔮Focus on the vision and helping to guide members to buy into that vision - be clear, be bold and ignore the market conditions (the vision should be much bigger than that)

🙏Emphasise shared ownership of the vision - include the community in shaping it

👌Bear markets are an opportunity to form the strongest bonds

🕺The people still around are the true believers and it’s much easier for them to meet each other, form a core, align and really get to know the team

Drama isn’t new - it’s part of human history…we now just have the privilege of @Twitter

There’s always going to be drama as sovereign blockchains are like political systems..

They’re inevitably divisive

So as founders & core builders, we need to realise that we set the tone of the conversation

We should be the ones to share the message that not ONLY one project can succeed in @cosmos

Crucially there’s drama because people care…

🔥So it’s important to not inflame people more and instead create a space to hear people out when it does happen… give the opportunity to talk 🎙️

There’s a lot to learn from critiques, and we’ll grow by listening 👂 to each other

🌳Let’s have more Constructive Drama - get the context, talk to people that matter - people just want to be heard and feel they’re being treated fairly
