..not only has the club decided not to continue this service but now he has been informed he has to join the waiting list to purchase a Season Ticket.

It's quite telling of where the club is currently and despite the nonsense constantly spouted about being the Original Family Club the reality couldn't be further from this currently.

Just to clarify a couple of points we're not asking for anything free etc.
All we asked for was the option for him to be allowed to buy a Season Ticket to sit with us.
With a lack of Purchase History & the club deciding now to cancel the service he's at the bottom of the list
