There is no question that Twitch is and has been moving away from any kind of "creator first" approach it has had in the past.
This company is out for one thing: its platform. Creators are a byproduct of THEIR product. Business is their main (and becoming only) concern.
Is this a big "anti-Twitch" thread? Nope.
It's just the reality of the situation. Use this information to make your decisions and empower yourself to get yourself what you want and need out of your time and effort. The best we can do is be open and honest with the situation.

Regional pricing is a great thing overall.
Twitch passing their mistake to not do it from the beginning directly to the creators meant a raw, double digit pay cut. The issue wasn't regional pricing, it's how Twitch handled the implementation.
