Interesting.. as a daily rider.. Ive witnessed a new hires jump on a bus asking the driver if they could mentor them, if they say no adios, .. I've seen new hires miss stops, have directed them where their stops are, give direction on where to turn on their route..
Whats the training procedure you have in place @CTransitProbs .. would really like to know after today when one of your drivers decided to confront 5 riders he missed due to a detour stop.. he did this 3 stops after they ran to the bus with their luggage btw. He was told to stfd
@CTransitProbs So while transit is in the news for other reasons.. @calgarytransit your drivers are in need of better training.. especially when they jump curbs and send a poor elderly woman flying from the front to the back of the bus.. she literally took air after that horrible break job.

Had a group session today with patients.. one thing that was brought up a lot was the long covid loss of smell and taste and the correlation of that to bouts of anxiety and depression.. this is something that deserves some research.. was t the first session that found this either
The loss of two senses that bring joy, allows your brain to gage danger.. when compounded with physical pain ie headaches, lack of energy, brain fog.. there is a reason why one of our number one concerns with longcovid should be ones Mental health.

Your daily reminder.. Political Parties are NOT Private Clubs.. they are literally created and ran to form government.. to get their members elected.. election laws are created to hold parties to account, to ensure those running for public seats are doing so ethically and fairly.
Election laws that legalize fraud, identity theft and money laundering is a smack in the face to democracy.. we just saw that happen today Alberta.. and NOT without warning I may add.
Elections are for the people.. not the party.. laws should reflect that. One person, one vote. Foreign funding/interference should be banned, not legislated in the election act. Financial disclosure should be monthly, not yearly. Failure to comply should include criminal charges.
