PDP begins with the presentation of witnesses. Grace Ajagbonna, a resident of Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area, Kogi State. She's an ex-corps member and an INEC ad-hoc staff during the presidential election held on 25th February 2023.

INEC, Tinubu and APC object to the admissibility of the witness statement that Atiku Abubakar through his lawyer, Chris Uche, seeks to tender in evidence before the Election Petition Court.

In his response, Chris Uche prayed the Court to dismiss the objection.

Grace Ajagbonna says the accreditation process with the use of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System BVAS) performed optimally on Election Day but problems began at the point of attempting to uphold results (Form EC8A) unto the IReV. The witness adds that she doesn't remember undergoing training on offline upload of results unto INEC's Result Viewing Portal IReV.

Miss Ajagbonna says she was "unhappy" that she couldn't transmit results unto the IReV.

Counsel to Bola Tinubu, Akin Olujimi objects to the competence of the witness to testify in the proceedings on grounds of it being in breach of the Electoral Act.

The subpoena requests the witness to produce a live interview of the Chairman of INEC, Mahmoud Yakubu and Festus Okoye, an INEC National Commissioner.
