These posts talk about the initial fake pill marketing, and that they are also selling laxatives as weight loss pills 
This is a reddit post by an ACTUAL DOCTOR discussing how these are not only fake, but the ingredient Ashwaganda causes hormone production increase in ur gonads, which means it would INCREASE T production in pre-e MtF trans individuals (link @ end)
These reveal that the account is a REBRANDED FASH ACCOUNT. They are collecting ADDRESSES in an attempt to swat ftm trans people. The photo of the CEO is ai generated. Additionally, these pills can cause serotonin syndrome in 8 weeks. THE PILLS ARE DESIGNED TO KILL YOU.i
