There are 6000 tweets per second on Twitter.

You're amidst 360 million users, competing for attention.

All you've got is 280 Characters to gain that click on your thread.

If after a Compelling hook & graphics your threads still suck.

Why would your cold Dms be any better ?
If you suck at writing Threads you'll suck harder at Cold DMs

Here's why ?

Twitter's bot is against your job hunt.

Your cold Dms get filtered & are sent to "message request"

On worst scenerios it's seen as an offensive content.

Have a look👇 Image
You can land a web3 job or throw away the opportunity with just 61 characters.

Here's how:

The first 61 characters of your last text is your Hook in a cold DM.

That's what a Dev See's with your pfp attached.

Trust me you wouldn't want to waste that this way👇 Image
You have very few seconds to impress.

project owners are so picky about who they reply to.

you need to craft the perfect "pick me" cold DM.

One that'll instantly capture their attention.

Here's my 3-part Cold Dm system that'll land you Web3 jobs (without being ignored) :
1. Start with Negativity :

Your brain is more sensitive to negative information.

Reason why you'd prioritise the man who alerts you about a fire in your duplex.

Over the one praising its appearance.

→ Common Mistake : Starting a cold DM with a compliment.

Do this Instead :
→ Solution : Be a good critic.

you wouldn't care about compliments while running late for exams.

right ?

why would a Dev. care about one ?

Especially when under pressure to build a product or release CA.

The best way to grab a Devs attention is to Criticize.

Here's Proof : ImageImage
spotting flaws on a project can be a big deal.

I spent the last 7 days researching mistakes made by start-up projects.

Here's a list of flaws to capitalize on when joining a new project.

1.) Irregularity of twitter post.

Effect → loss of trust and credibility of a project.
Solution : sell yourself as a social media manager.

2.) Low Community hype.

Effect → Lack of visibility since meme/degen tokens are built on hype.

Solution : build a sticker pack and meme graphic. Charge for the services.
3.) Mods/CM's from the same time zone.

Effect → Lack of activity during their night hours, leading to easy spaming and FUD.

Solution : Sell your self as a MOD/CM from a different time zone.
4.) Absence of /filters in Telegram Community

Eg. (/ca, /chart, /Renounced)

Effect → Buyers could buy tokens with fake contract address and cause FUD.

Solution : sell yourself as a telegram Bot expert and MOD.
5.) Poor graphics or UX/UI Design

Effect → Lack of credibility. since investors see projects with poor graphics or website design as cash grabs.

Solution : Create professional graphics then charge for the services.

But here's a thing. 👇👇
Landing a web3 job is easy with Cold Dms.

But most people don't know where to find start-up projects.

I built the Ultimate Guide to landing Web3 jobs.
