YouTube has taken the position that we cannot question celebrities’ publicizing their minor childrens’ sexuality without silencing us for violating their harassment policy.
YouTube has taken the extreme, anti-first amendment position that gender identity and expression are a protected group that cannot be criticized, or even “insulted”, without violating their community guidelines.
