It's stunning, esp considering that the most rapidly filling subheading in my notes is "Presumptions/opinions authoritatively presented as givens w/out any proof"

Interestingly, the 2008 edition I'm reading includes success-story quotes throughout by having adult children raised w/Ezzo's ideology weighing in w/sidebar accolades like: couch-time for parents is so important - do it!
