• In Delhi HC, CBI had clearly stated that they have ample of evidence to prove the charges leveled against then Telecom Min A. RAJA and others.
• The Evidence placed by CBI was disregarded by the Trial court while acquitting the accused. 2/5

• Further the CBI had said before the Delhi HC that illegal acts of accused who is then Telecom Min and others had caused a loss of ₹22k Cr to d public exchequer.

This hearing had came a week after the SC allowed the DMK Min #SenthilBalaji's Cash-for-Job Scam, and now he has been arrested and under the judicial custody till 20th June.

ED's petition is a connected as money-laundering case and pending in Delhi HC.
As the powerful Min in DMK Govt's cabinet was grilled by ED, this case further becoming headache for DMK. Seems like CBI is already to move forward in this case..
