1) I source a ton of my in-store leads using Brickseek.

Brickseek is a platform showing online and in-store clearance and markdowns in most big-box retailers.

Some of these markdowns get INSANE.

2) For those who have been in the reselling world for a while, you know the Brickseek effectively got neutered a while back.

While the deals are legit, the accuracy inventory tracking in your local stores is basically dead.

BUT - there's a HUGE work-around to get 100% accuracy.

3) Here's how to start with Brickseek:

- Log into brickseek.com
- Click “Today’s Markdowns”
- Filter by your zip code
- Start looking for deep discounts.
- Compare prices to Amazon and eBay

4) I found this item on Brickseek listed for only 3 cents.
