ED says, FIR Filed in the Karur Land Deal by Benami of TN Liquor Min #SenthilBalaji.

Further #ED says, Unaccounted cash deposit of ₹1.6Cr in Bank A/Cs of Min VSB and his wife.

What's that Land Deal?
Is DMK afraid of this?

LAND DEAL..

• One individual named Anuradha Ramesh owns land in Andankoil East Village, Karur.

• From 2014 till 2021 at various times, she got loan of ₹40Cr from d bank by mortgaging her 3.75 Acre Land. 2/12

• In 2016, land was valued at ₹9 Cr & it's recent estimate is found to be ₹25Cr.

• On 19th May 2022, Anuradha Ramesh suddenly sold this 2.49 Acre land to One Lakshmi.

• It created more suspicion that the land was sold to Lakshmi to the amount of ₹10.88Lakh. 3/12

The question arise, how the land worth more than ₹25Cr can be sold by anyone for just Rs 1 mln?

• Again repaying the loan stirred the doubt..

• Before selling the land to Lakshmi on 20th Apr 2022, the owner of d land repays d 4 loan, amounts ₹30.21 Cr on a Single day.. 4/12

• Repaying the loan and the person who buyed it had made to see that something wrong had happened in this..

• The said Lakshmi who buyed this land is the Mother-in-law of TN Liquor Min Senthil Balaji. 5/12

• The ED said, the Mother-in-law of Min VSB had never filed tax-returns.

• She filed Tax-returns for the year of purchasing this land, claiming that the source for this ₹10Lakh is from sale of her jewelry. 6/12

• The Agency says, the source of the ₹10 Lakh that she paid for the purchase of land is seems to be fabricated.

• Suddenly, months after purchasing the land on two occasions, Lakshmi gifted this land to her daughter Nirmala, who is the sister-in-law of Min VSB. 7/12

• The dates she gifted this land registered on,

• 4th Aug 2022 - 22 Cents
• 7th Oct 2022 - 2.275 Acre

• Regarding the mysterious things around this had made the ED to register FIR in this case. 8/12

• Further the ED also named the Liquor Min, his brother AshokKumar and Min's PA Shanmugam in the Cash-for-Job Case. 9/12

UNACCOUNTED DEPOSITS..

• After the ED arrested the Min, the custody papers of ED said that Unaccounted cash deposits amounts ₹1.6 Cr were made in the bank accounts of Min VSB, and his wife.

• Further ED Called him Prime suspect in the CFJ Case. 10/12

Already the SC said no relief for him in the CFJ Case, the ED has taken this LAND DEAL case which happened in this Regime it shacking the legs of DMK leaders..

Now the entire TN Cabinet residing in d Hosp..

Are they fearing that he will confess d SCAMs in this regime? 11/12

It is reported that on that Land, Min VSB is constructing house worth >300Cr. Already IT made raid in this site,so they can get that source for this may be from Min PTRs Charge.
