Those emails date back to Aug '21 when @EquitransMid lobbyist Michael Killion reached out to one of @Sen_JoeManchin's staffers for "guidance/assistance” to get a meeting with @EPA Admin. @EPAMichaelRegan, at Manchin's request
Killion says he made "several attempts: to meet w/EPA w/ "no success"... hence the call for Manchin's folks to step in...
Also mentioned is a letter sent to the Army Corps of Engineers from @EPA "raising serious issues with MVP"
