Here’s how to lose weight without eating in a calorie deficit:

Fast every day 4-6 hours after you wake up;

Eat the same amount, just in a condensed eating window;

The smaller the feeding window; the fastr the fat loss will come.

WHEN you eat is just as important as WHAT you eat.

The most important aspect of nutrition with regards to building muscle and staying lean.

TIMING OF EATING:

Frequent snacking increases glycemic variability + prevents you from getting longevity-boosting benefits of fasting.
