This activist’s lawsuit is backed by Texas’s AG Ken #Paxton. 🤪
"This time, an anonymous anti-abortion activist has brought a case that effectively seeks to fine Planned Parenthood, and give an enormous chunk of that money to... an anti-abortion group."
🎩 @RNDog12#Kacsmaryk
"The lawsuit was brought in 2021 by an anonymous plaintiff, identifying himself as the person who in 2015 released undercover video footage purporting to show Planned Parenthood staff discussing the sale of fetal tissue." reuters.com/legal/texas-se…
"Planned Parenthood sued over those decisions and won court orders blocking the states' terminations. Those orders were later lifted on appeal, allowing Texas to end its contract with Planned Parenthood in 2021 and Louisiana in 2022."
"Kacsmaryk is considering motions by both sides to decide the case without a trial. It is not clear when he will rule."

Firtash case: "As announced in a press release on Friday, the retrial on the extradition of Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash has been approved." @AShoutOutfromMN puls24.at/news/politik/d…
"This means that the extradition proceedings pending at the Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Matters, which have been operated by the USA since 2014, are back to the start."
The Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Matters Vienna rejected the app for retrial in March 2022.
The appeal filed against this by Firtash's legal reps has now been followed by the Higher Regional Court, which means that the decision of the same court from 2017 was overturned.
Nate Paul (Paxton): In the month that his home and office were raided by the FBI, Nate Paul transferred more than $11.5 million. Over the course of 16 months surrounding the Aug 2019 raids, Paul moved more than $87 million out of the account, Harris County... @TeresaCCarter2
"Paul distributed the money across his vast, confusing corporate empire of at least 278 shell companies, all while creditors sought to collect on his debts in more than two dozen bankruptcy cases." 🎩 @RNDog12
"The case that put some of Paul’s bank records in the public record began in March 2019, when Princeton Capital Corporation sued to collect on $5.6 million in loans it held against Paul’s self-storage business, Great Value Storage." @satirehat
Citizens United, Crow, 2010:
4 GOP set out to obtain the “seed funding” they needed to launch several CU groups: Karl Rove, Ed Gillsepie, Fred Malek, and Norm Coleman, “laid out their blueprint for a shadow party” to about “20 Republican plutocrats” at the Dallas Petroleum Club.
"Crow was one of the deep-pocketed billionaires who attended the fundraiser. Whether he gave that day or how much is not known. But after hearing Rove’s pitch, another Texas megadonor, Harold Simmons, proclaimed “I like this. I’m in for five [million].” Others followed suit."
"Even as the Supreme Court was deliberating Citizens United, Crow reportedly provided the major funding for Liberty Central.. Liberty Central was a 501(c)(4) organization founded by Ginni Thomas in late 2009 that counted Federalist Society co-chair Leonard Leo as a board member."

The charges overlap 2021 United Nations allegations that Prince had in 2019 violated the U.N. arms embargo on Libya in an aborted operation called #ProjectOpus, financed by the UAE to the tune of $80 million in support of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
