#Adipursh movie projected to be Ramayan of our time. A movie which could have been better if makers would have resisted mixing King Kong, Planet of the Apes with Lords of the Ring and Harry Potter special effect, characters and background effects.
Let me call out few things

Which made the movie experience worst for me.
1. Ram and almost all main characters wearing leather body armors which were too European for a movie made on the greatest epic of the subcontinent.
2. Boons of characters like ravan and meghnath are changed as per the whims

3. Pushpak vimaan, the greatest invention by ravan was just used as a prop while ravan is comfortably seen using dragon which seems like a mixed breed of dragon and a bat. The dragon was picked pathetically from Games of Thrones and used in the

most miserable way. While Ravan does the Batmanesique (with a hint of battle of five armies from a hobbit triology) use of bats to fight the battle.
4. The epic battle fought between Ram and Ravan was more or less a fight between a sorcerer and a hero with Ravan using props

rather than using the conventional weapons of India and subcontinent.
5. Meghnath is shown more like a Flash of Lanka who loves to run fast and use Nagpash as the only choice of his weapon. The mighty prince who lost his only battle against Lakshman (called shesh to

Reverberate his Reincarnation from shesh nag) is turned into a DC character with no sense or pride of the warrior.
6. Lanka a greatest city built by Kuber for Mata Lakshmi with gold is turned into mordor being gaurd Ed by orcs and cross breed of orcs and elfs. Which is more

7. Use of mechanised fire ball throwers reminds extensively of battle of Rohan and Minas Tirith. Worst of all the mechanised choppers used was reused from Bahubali with the change from chariot to wall.

Scenario depicting raghav(ram) allowing Sesh(Lakshman) to slay Meghnath not in battle but sneakishly leaving the maryada on the back burner.

establishing Rameshwaram was another pathetic attempt to make a movie without actual substance. Reference to nal and Neel was absent along with use of chinpanzees for Bali, sugreev and Angad was another pathetic attempt to make the movie unindian.

Was more of a sorcery than actual ayurvedic medicine.

In all the attempt to recreate the Ramayan with appropriation leaves the movie wanting substance instead of excessive use of VFX and special effects.
