St Petersburg Forum this weekend, Russian President Putin showed for first time a document agreed upon by Ukrainian side at spring 2022 peace talks. It appears that Russia withdrew forces from around Kiev, before Ukraine changed its mind… (1/2) twitter.com/messages/media… 
Putin: “… here’s the document. 18 pages & addition to it. It exists. They signed it. It guaranteed Ukraine’s neutrality & as per agreement we pulled out our military from the Kiev region. But as always Kiev threw away this document into the junk-yard of history.”
