Who to blame & Who blame us?

Although India is not a signatory of UN Refugee Protocol, It has taken in more refugees than any other country in modern history. So much so for being Non-signatory of Refugee Protocol.

This is where the question of racial religious discrimination naturally comes out periodically.
The 1st millions of refugees that entered India were from Pakistan & the then East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) after India gained independence in 1947.

Atleast 10 to 15 million Hindus refugees entered India and were given Indian Citizenships automatically. One of those refugees from Pakistan was a person named Atal Behari Vajpayee. During his tenure as PM of Indiana Vajpayee fought semi-conventional war

against another Pakistani refugee from Allahabad named Gen Parvez Musharraf during the '99 Kargil War.
The Razzaq rebels who invaded Kashmir in 1949 were refugees and thousands of Kashmiris entered India at that time and were given Indian Citizenships.

In the mid-1950s, India invited the most powerful Buddhist leader the Dalai Lamma and his entourage who were guided into India by 5 jawans of the Assam Rifles. Since then, Tibetans poured into India even though they were official citizens of Communist China.

“Tibetan exiles “have ever since been considered as Indian Citizens. Colonies, buildings, shopping centres, offices, temples, etc. were built to accommodate citizens of Communist China without any debriefings & verifications. Now, we have

Indo-Tibetan Border Force (ITBP), especially raised from ethnic Tibetan exiles.
From 1o62 to 1965, as many as 1,55,000 of Southern-& Central Indian-origins with Burmese citizenships were welcomed into India and were gifted Indian Citizenships, quarters & jobs.

Now, how’s all these things are possible when India had been non-signatory of UN Refugee Protocol? HOW & WHY?
During early 1971, India once again allowed a million Bengali Hindu refugees from Bangladesh. Not only were they sheltered & fed, Indian Army trained and armed

them within India to fight guerilla warfare inside Pakistani-ruled East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). These armed Bengali Hindus were known as "Mukhti Bahani"!
During and after the bloody civil war in Sri Lanka, lakhs of Sri Lankan Tamil refugees & their political leaders

were taken in without being given Indian citizenships.
Now, how were these possible when India was not signatory of UN Refugee Protocol? How could India take in the world's largest numbers of refugees in modern history without having official refugees Protocol?

Now, when it comes to the much persecuted & hounded Burmese of NE-Indian origin refugee Protocol swiftly applies! These Chin-Kuki-Mizo refugees are all blood brothers & sisters of NE-Indian tribes. To say that there is NO Racial & Religious

Moreover, Art 21 of the Indian Constitution allows non-citizens of India to approach the court of law for protection & justice. Whether they happened under one particular political party was & is irrelevant. That's that! #Jai Hind! (Donn Morgan Kipgen)
