Here's a fun one.

Join me for a mini Soros thread:

Back in 1995, a new foundation was announced in Moscow by Bill Clinton called CRDF (U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation for the Independent States of the Former Soviet Union).
The CRDF was initially funded by matching donations from George Soros and the US Department of Defense. The goal was to create a network of Soviet Union scientists, nuclear research, biomedical research, and beyond. Image
According to the original announcement: "Despite being congressionally authorized and partially publicly funded, the CRDF is not an agency of the US govt. Authorizing legislation enables the foundation to accept donations from public & private sources, both foreign & domestic."
One of the institutions in Ukraine in particular that is heavily influenced and guided by the CRDF to this day is the STCU (Science and Technology Center in Ukraine). Image
Under these umbrellas you have a network of NGOs and nonprofits (Soros, Gates, Ford, etc.) as well as the WHO, NIAID, DoD, EU, etc.

Through this network, a variety of "research" and "health science" is carried out and it occurs "outside" of government regulation.
This involves biological, radiological, chemical, & nuclear facilities. Image
But anyways, Ukrainian biolabs are Russian disinformation so there.
