16/ “Stay Hungry Stay Foolish” and tune in soon for more of the #multiversxtech which powers the @MultiversX ecosystem.
.@xPortalApp is nothing short of amazing. A gateway to everything Web3 that brings immense opportunities & new challenges.
To achieve it, we made many difficult decisions. Among them, not supporting Wallet Connect 1.0.
But we have a solution for that. Let's address everything.
2/ In order for anyone to log in to dApps that use WC 1.0, while connecting they need to select the Web Wallet option and from there choose xPortal.
This way, users can quickly access any app from the MultiversX ecosystem in two easy steps.
3/ How did we get here? WC 1.0 was responsible for most Maiar connectivity issues, which made us drop the support.
We realized that during the intense development cycle, we have not properly communicated this change so that ecosystem builders can make the required adjustments.
1/ The new MultiversX Explorer has been launched, featuring now: key metrics and an analytics engine; transaction filters by timestamp, address, tx type; rarities, traits and attributes for NFTs, among many others improvements.
