The thing about my legal case on #Blacklisting is that nobody knows how deep or wide the problem is. The UK Cabinet Office claims to not know. I hope that my court case will force some disclosure of this dark and sinister policy and just how widespread the problem is.
Because we're clearly at the "they can't do anything well" stage, the UK government broke the first role of blacklisting. They told me I was blacklisted. In writing.
There's a number of routes by which the government could have avoided this legal case. They took none of these routes.
I mean, the easiest thing would have been to simply not invite me. I'd be blissfully ignorant. It's not as if I was agitating to go to that conference and initially resisted their invitation.
They could have come up with an excuse to uninvite me. Seeing how I resisted the whole idea at the beginning and didn't have any travel expense associated with it (9 minute walk from my house), I'd have been a soft touch for "Dan, we messed up the agenda; mind not talking?"

Help me raise funds for my legal case against the UK government's sinister blacklisting policy. Sadly, seeking justice in the UK is not free. My excellent legal team at @LeighDay_Law has taken my case but I need to crowdfund this valuable effort.
In case you are curious, funds to Crowd Justice don't come to me. They go to my legal effort. You can see how it works here: crowdjustice.com/how-it-works/
Your donation will only be charged if we meet the initial pledge target of £5000 in the next 30 days.
Dig deep. This is not just my fight. It's a fight for integrity and justice and fairness.
Watch this space. Tomorrow I will call upon you for help in calling down some cosmic hellfire onto some injustice
I’m blessed and cursed to be in a position to challenge the UK government’s sinister war on criticism and campaign to cut itself off from even free outside expertise,
There’s a lot of people who likely don’t know that the UK government has blacklisted them. There’s ten or so other than me who know they are.
For me it’s a dead tie between the Beretta M12, the 1979 Pontiac I destroyed ramming shit at the JFK SW School at Bragg, or the pipe bomb I made at Eglin that broke the rules
