Incidentally, the Platonic Solid that corresponds to Earth is the cube or hexahedron.
When you “unfold” a cube into a 2-dimensional shape, you get…
a Cross.
Everything has meaning.
DEEP meaning.
The Divine Man, the Spirit part of each of us is “hung on a cross” when it condenses down into physicality here on Earth.
The body is our cross.
It’s a metaphor for the process of coming here, being here, living here…for the journey of finding the Balance between Spirit and Matter.
Aether and Earth.
“Heaven” and “Hell”.
Does “Take up your cross and follow me” sound familiar?
“Matter is the tomb. …These substances form the great cross of matter which opposes the growth of all things and by opposition makes all growth possible. It is the great cross of hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and carbon upon which even the life germ in protoplasm is crucified and suspended in agony.”
—Manly P. Hall
The cross, the opposition, is necessary for our understanding here in this realm.
This is the root of Duality and the real meaning of “relativity”.
We can only understand something in relation to its opposing force.
We can only understand hot if we know cold.
Light in relationship to Dark.
Love in the contact of knowing the lack of it.
We come here, thinking we are separate from God in order to find our way back.
And in doing so, we realize that we were never separate. We just thought we were.
And yet we have many who will continue to insist on this belief in separation in the name of Salvation.
Separation never equals salvation. That is a LIE.
And we see it repeated all around us in every system and institution that we have allowed to tell us what to think, feel and believe.
The Truth is found within.
John 8:32 KJVS
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
*context
But you have to actually “know” the Truth and allow it into your Mind and depth of understanding in order for it to release you from bondage.
The Truth cannot make you free if you reject it.

We each walk our own Paths. And those Paths crisscross with others as we wander through the woods and meadows, mountains and plains. Sometimes our Paths run in parallel and we stay with people for a while. Sometimes we even walk the exact same trail for a bit, and then, inevitably, we part ways again. It’s just how this works.
What I’ve found though, is that sometimes we come across people who want what they think we have, so they hop onto our trail with us—following, hoping for some grand insight into how it is that we’re doing what we’re doing. They see us walking, calm and steady, looking as though we’re sure of where we’re going and like someone they should “follow”.
But yet, they weren’t with us on the part of the Path where we fell into quicksand and almost died. Or the place where we sat down for a while and wondered if we should just let the tide come in and take us. They didn’t see us fight the wolf or ward off the bear and they don’t know what it took for us to get to the calm, assured stance we carry now.
